I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and told I needed a liver transplant. I have been made redundant. I have had a stroke. And lying in hospital after that stroke, I had one clear thought: I wish I had made the change when I was 50.

I did not waste any more time after that. I built a property business. Then a styling business. Then a social media business. Then I sold them.
